CampaignPilot walks you through building professional content and websites for your marketing campaigns. In just a few steps you will be able to create social media posts, HTML emails, printable flyers, counter signs, and more. #### Your campaign is automatically posted to multiple online channels. CampaignPilot distributes your marketing message automatically, whenever you schedule it, to your numerous online channels. These include Facebook, Twitter, Google My Business, your app, and even your company website. #### Customers can make purchases, fill out forms, or get more information about your promotion. CampaignPilot builds a conversion-driven web page to promote your marketing campaign and manage your form, product listing, or event registration. Your customers can check out with multiple payment processors, including support for Apple Pay and Google Wallet. #### You will get a detailed performance report for your online channels. CampaignPilot will aggregate marketing metrics, including impressions and clicks, across your various online channels. There is also an order management section that helps with managing online sales and registrations. # Creating an Account To access the CampaignPilot platform you will need to create a user account and then configure your business. Providing this will allow you to embed your booking engine into landing pages (a.k.a. iframe). | # Configuring Facebook Here's a quick video showing you how to configure CampaignPilot with Facebook so all new campaigns are automatically posted to your Facebook account. {% embed url="" %} # Configuring Instagram CampaignPilot can post your marketing campaigns directly to your Instagram business account. To configure the Instagram channel with CampaignPilot you will need three main things: * **An Instagram business account**. This is just a type of Instagram account. Instagram offers personal accounts and business accounts. If your business was set up initially with a personal account we'll walk you through converting that. * **Your Instagram business account connected to a Facebook page**. You most likely already have a Facebook page for your business. That page needs to be linked to your Instagram account in order for CampaignPilot to publish campaigns. * **Authorize CampaignPilot to securely access to your Facebook** **and Instagram account**. This is the familiar oAuth workflow that is also used with Twitter, Google, and other channels. ## Converting your personal Instagram account to a business account CampaignPilot supports Instagram business accounts. You'll need to link your Instagram business account to your Facebook account in order for it to work with CampaignPilot. Admittedly it's a bit confusing but both Facebook and Instagram use a common API and credentials and require this workflow. {% hint style="info" %} The following steps should be performed using the Instagram **mobile application** on either iOS or Android. {% endhint %} **1)** Open the **Instagram mobile application** on either your iPhone or Android device. These last steps you'll need to take to configure Instagram with CampaignPilot is simply authorizing access to your account. This is similar to setting up other channels like Twitter and Google. **1)** Go to the **Channels** tab under the **Settings**. Then click on the **Instagram** channel on the left-hand side. These newletters can then be added and sent using your preferred email marketing software automatically. ## Configuring Email Channel To enable email integration with CampaignPilot, you must first configure your email channel settings. 1. Click **Settings** from the main menu, then click the **Channels** tab. 2. Click on the **Email** channel from the Channels Settings menu. 3. Next you will need to select your Email Marketing Provider and complete some additional settings. For help configuring your specific provider, follow the links below: * [1-2-1 Marketing](/app-integrations/email) * [Cinch](/app-integrations/cinch-integration) # Configuring Your Website CampaignPilot can integrate with your website by automatically adding a campaign widget promoting any new published campaigns. The integration is done by adding a small snippet of Javascript to your website, very similar to Google Analytics and the Facebook Pixel. ### Adding the Javascript **1)** Go to the Channels tab under the Settings. By enabling this integration CampaignPilot will send a push notification to all the users of your app. This notification will then automatically link to your campaign specific landing page. 1\) Select **Settings**, then **Channels**. With Stripe you can provide a seamless checkout experience on your purchase and registration pages. 1. In CampaignPilot select "Settings" in the top menu. 2. Select the "Payments" tab 3. Toggle the "Enable checkout with Stripe" switch so it reads "Enabled" 4. Click the "Connect with Stripe" button 5. Fill out the form to Activate your account. If you already have a Stripe account, click "Sign in" in the upper right-hand corner. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Microsoft Pay will automatically be enabled and available when using Stripe with CampaignPilot. # Configuring PayPal PayPal offers a familiar, secure checkout for your customers when promoting your Sale and Event campaigns. To include PayPal as a payment option on your checkout pages, you'll need a PayPal Business account and a client ID to associate CampaignPilot to that account. Provided below are written step by step instructions with screenshots for a simple setup. ## Step by Step Instructions **1)** Create a PayPal Business account if you do not already have one:[ https://www.paypal.com/bizsignup](https://www.paypal.com/bizsignup) **2)** Log into your PayPal Business Developer account here: **3)** When you log in you'll land on the 'My Apps & Credentials' section of your PayPal Developer account. *** # foreUP Website Integration This section describes how to integrate CampaignPilot with your foreUP website. ## Integrations with CampaignPilot & foreUP Websites There are a number of ways that CampaignPilot can integrate with your foreUP website. After you configure a few settings, you can: 1. Automatically create posts on your foreUP website using CampaignPilot. 2. Display CampaignPilot created events on your website calendar. ### Configuring Your Website You will first need to contact your account manager to enable CampaignPilot integration with your foreUP website. They will be able to update your website with the necessary plugin settings to enable CampaignPilot integration. You can use the chat bubble inside CampaignPilot to get in touch with your account manager. ### Configuring CampaignPilot Once your website has been updated by your account manager, you can continue setup in CampaignPilot. 1. In CampaignPilot, click **Settings**, 2. Select the **General** settings tab, 3. Select the **Basic Details** section, 4. Enter in your full foreUP website address in the **Website Address** box, 5. Click **Save Changes**.
Next you can configure the Website Distribution Channel settings to further customize the integration between CampaignPilot and your foreUP website. 1. In CampaignPilot, click **Settings**, 2. Select the **Channels** tab, 3. Select the **Website** channel section, 4. Here you can obtain your website Integration Key, as well as fine tune how CampaignPilot interacts with your website. 5. When you are done making changes, click the **Save Changes** button.
# Club Prophet Tee Sheet Integration The section describes how to integrate CampaignPilot with your Club Prophet point-of-sale and tee sheet software. ## Integrations with CampaignPilot & Club Prophet There are a number of ways that CampaignPilot can integrate with your Club Prophet tee sheet and point-of-sale software. After you configure a few settings, you can: 1. Automatically create customers in Club Prophet from CampaignPilot form submissions. 2. Post order information from CampaignPilot product and ticket sales to Club Prophet. 3. Promote and sell Virtual Gift Cards that are automatically issued in your Club Prophet software. ## Configuring CampaignPilot To enable any of the integrations mentioned you will first need to configure CampaignPilot with some details about your Club Prophet software. 1. You can access these settings by visiting **Settings** -> **Other** -> **Club Prophet** in CampaignPilot, 2. CampaignPilot and your Club Prophet tee sheet software should now be connected, allowing for the integration features mentioned prior. ### Obtaining Club Prophet IDs You will need to provide a few IDs found in Club Prophet in order for CampaignPilot to properly post sales and create customers. These IDs will also allow you to customize how exactly sales and customers are associated or categorized in Club Prophet. The following section will help you find these specific IDs in Club Prophet and explain exactly how they're used. #### Club Prophet Store ID The Club Prophet software allows you to group your sales items and sales by *Stores*. This is useful for accounting and reporting, organizing your sales items, and implementing different pricing structures. When configuring CampaignPilot with Club Prophet, you will need to enter a Store ID. The Store ID should match the store inside Club Prophet that you want to use with CampaignPilot. This will typically be the same store you use for the proshop, or you could set up a new store specifically for CampaignPilot or online sales. 1\. This is useful for accounting and reporting purposes and is a critical part of organizing your sales within your point-of-sale. When configuring CampaignPilot with Club Prophet, you will need to enter a Payment ID. When online sales are made with CampaignPilot that have an attached Club Prophet sales item, the sale will be posted with the payment method matching the ID provided in CampaignPilot. {% hint style="danger" %} It is important to note that the Club Prophet Payment ID does not affect which *payment processor* is used for online CampaignPilot sales. Instead this ID is used only to associate the sale with the appropriate payment method inside your Club Prophet software. {% endhint %} 1\. Any additional custom fields captured with your form can be viewed and exported from within CampaignPilot. {% endhint %} ## Integration Two - Posting CampaignPilot Sales to Club Prophet When one of your customers makes an online purchase with CampaignPilot, you can automatically have the sale posted to your Club Prophet software. This is useful for reporting, reconciliation, and inventory purposes. Once CampaignPilot is configured with Club Prophet, you can set up any Sale or Event campaign to post the purchases in your point-of-sale software. ### Configuring CampaignPilot 1. You can access these settings by visiting **Settings** -> **Other** -> **Club Prophet** in CampaignPilot, 2. Next, make sure that the **Club Prophet Software Integration** toggle is set to **Enabled**, and that you have completed the settings in the [Configuring CampaignPilot](/app-integrations/using-campaignpilot-with-club-prophet#configuring-campaignpilot) setction, 3. Now when a customer makes an online purchase from this campaign, the sale will be posted in your Club Prophet software. ### CampaignPilot Sales in Club Prophet When a Sale or Event campaign is configured with a Club Prophet sales item, any purchases will for that campaign will be automatically posted to your Club Prophet software. * The customer will be charged online using the Payment Processor set up in CampaignPilot. They will receive an email receipt from CampaignPilot. * The billing customer will be added to your Club Prophet database if they are not already in there. This logic is based on the customer's email address. * The sale will automatically be posted to Club Prophet. Any sales made by CampaignPilot will display a note indicating as such. ## Integration Three - Selling Club Prophet Virtual Gift Cards CampaignPilot can be used to sell Virtual Gift Cards that can be managed and redeemed using your Club Prophet software. ### Campaign Set Up in CampaignPilot 1\. Start building a campaign using a Gift Card template. You can select any **Gift Card** type template in the **Campaign Library**. 2\. When you get to the **Gift Card Details** step, you will notice a setting for **Virtual Gift Card**. Typically offers issued with CampaignPilot should be issued immediately once purchased. If that is the case with your campaign, just leave the "Active On" date blank. However you can delay issuing an offer if you'd like. You can issue purchased offers on a specific date by setting the "Active On" date.

The Expire On date can be used to invalidate the purchased offers on a specific date. This is useful if you are selling a voucher or offer that expires. You can leave this field blank if your purchased offers never expire.

| | Other Options | You can issue more offers or vouchers than the quantity purchased by the customer. This is useful for running "Buy X, get Y" type offers. For example if you are running a "Buy One, Get Two" voucher campaign, you want to make sure that when a customer purchases *one* of these packages, they get *two* vouchers delivered to their offer locker. So in this example you would enter "2" here. | 5\) Finish the Campaign Wizard. This is the **Offer Description** from the Offer Locker Integration settings in CampaignPilot. # Cinch Integration The section describes how to integrate CampaignPilot with your Cinch marketing software. Cinch is a powerful marketing automation platform that allows businesses to message customers through email and other channels. Cinch can be integrated with CampaignPilot as an email channel to distribute marketing content directly to your customers. To learn more about Cinch, visit [cinch.io](https://cinch.io). ## Configuring Cinch Integration To enable Cinch integration with CampaignPilot, you must first configure your email channel settings. 1. Click **Settings** from the main menu, then click the **Channels** tab. 2. Click on the **Email** channel from the Channels Settings menu. 3. Select **Cinch** from the **Email Marketing Provider** list. 4. Using the secure form, enter your **Cinch Account** credentials and click **Login**. If Cinch is configured, you will see additional settings underneath your saved Cinch account details. ### Campaign Integration Mode The Campaign Integration Mode setting allows you to configure what happens in Cinch when you create a campaign and schedule it to your email channel. **Create Template Only** - By default, CampaignPilot will create an email template in your Cinch software when you schedule a campaign to the email channel. For example, if you need to change the Subject Line to an email in Cinch, you can edit the CampaignPilot campaign and adjust the title. ### Deleting a Campaign If you delete a campaign in CampaignPilot, any email template or scheduled broadcast created in Cinch will also be deleted. # Branding Your Business By adding your unique logo, colors and images to CampaignPilot you'll be able to create custom, branded campaigns in just a few clicks. You will find the sections to add your logo, colors and images on the 'Settings' page. ### Adding your Logo You will add your logo under the 'Logos' tab on the 'Settings' page. Once you complete the setup outlined below, when you publish a post to Instagram with CampaignPilot your timeline will automatically be updated with the post image.
