# Finding your foreUP Facility ID

#### Where do I find my foreUP Facility ID?

1. In your foreUP software, find the top menubar and select Settings,
2. In the left sidebar, select Online Customer Portal,
3. Your Facility ID is the numeric portion of your Online Login URL (e.g. 19233).
